Scope of work
Daily cleaning of common areas, lobbies, club house, parking and amenity spaces; deployment of trained staff and supervisors; supply of approved consumables and equipment.
Eligibility requirements
Minimum three years of relevant experience, valid registrations, GST and labour compliance, and completion of at least two similar contracts.
Evaluation method
Technical qualification followed by commercial evaluation of eligible vendors. Buyer reserves the right to seek clarifications.
